甄选作业 Selection Process 
一、青出于兰毕业奖项评选委员由各系毕业班导师、军训室兰阳校园组组长、兰阳校园主任室行政人员代表一员、各系毕业班级代表与建轩及文苑宿舍自治联谊会会长共同组成，并由毕业典礼主持人担任召集人并主持评选会议。
The selection committee is made up by the tutors of the fourth year students, head of military education office on Lanyang Campus, one rep from the Provost Office, graduation class reps, chairpersons of dormitory student associations. The selection meeting will be chaired by the graduation ceremony host of the year.
二、基于公平原则，青出于兰毕业奖项除杰出奖须由候选人出席会议自我推荐外，其馀各奖项候选人及评选委员均不得于会议进行中有为特定候选人竞选推荐之情事。
Except for the one-minute self-introduction by the candidates of the Excellence Award, members of the selection committee should not make recommending remarks on particular candidates during the session.  
三、评选会议决议事项，评选委员应予保密，不得转述议论。
What happened in the selection meeting should be kept in strict confidence.
