Have you ever wondered why you want to enroll in an English-taught program and does that affect how you interact with each other?

你想知道除了自己以外，其他同学们为什么选择就读全英语的学程吗？而加入全英语的学程的动机会影响你们之间的相处吗？

Have you ever wondered when you were in a group or team how each persons' diversity affected the performance of your team?

你想知道在一个团队中，组员们的多样性及不同的程度会影响到团队的合作吗？

We are doing researches to know the answer of the above questions!

我们正在努力研究找出这些问题的答案！

We are graduate students, Chloe Tsai & Peter Lin, from the Graduate Institute of International Human Resource Department (National Taiwan Normal University.) We are doing our thesis research on “knowing the motivation on why students choose to enroll in an English-taught program and its effects” and “Team Diversity Among Students.” Thus, we would like to invite and ask for your help to be our participants on these two researches we are doing. If you are willing to help us to fill out the questionnaires, your kindness will be much appreciated. 

我们是就读于台湾师范大学国际人力资源发展研究所的蔡宜伶及林秉兴，我们在正做毕业论文的研究，我们分别研究「学生选择就读全英语学程的动机及其影响」及「学生的团队多样性」，因此我们想敬邀你参与我们的研究帮助我们一起寻找答案！如果你愿意帮助我们填答问卷，不胜感激！
