一、依據本校安心就學措施，有特殊需求之學生，須經家長同意，經教務處核准後，得採遠端學習模式。

(三)授課教師可自行決定畢業考試/期末考試之方式，採線上或實體考試，申請者須遵從各授課教師之規範及評分標準。
三、持續依中央流行疫情指揮中心、教育部及新北市政府最新規定，滾動式調整公告（本公告同步傳送全校學生）。

Instruction:
I. According to the school's safely study measures, students with special needs must obtain the consent of their parents and adopt the online learning after the approval of the Office of Academic Affairs.
II. Apply for Online Class:
(i) Implementation period: the second semester of the 110(2021) academic year
(ii) Application method:
- Fill in the application form for online learning and be signed by the parents
- The applicant should log in to MS Forms with his personal O365 account and uploads the application form (ONLY accept the form upload by own self)
(iii) Teachers may decide the method of the graduation check/final examination by their own, either online or physical examination. Applicants must abide by the rules and scoring standards of each teacher.
III.Continue to update the announcement in accordance with the latest regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Centre, the Ministry of Education and the New Taipei City Government (this announcement is sent to all students in the school at the same time).
