甄選作業 Selection Process 
一、青出於蘭畢業獎項評選委員由各系畢業班導師、軍訓室蘭陽校園組組長、蘭陽校園主任室行政人員代表一員、各系畢業班級代表與建軒及文苑宿舍自治聯誼會會長共同組成，並由畢業典禮主持人擔任召集人並主持評選會議。
The selection committee is made up by the tutors of the fourth year students, head of military education office on Lanyang Campus, one rep from the Provost Office, graduation class reps, chairpersons of dormitory student associations. The selection meeting will be chaired by the graduation ceremony host of the year.
二、基於公平原則，青出於蘭畢業獎項除傑出獎須由候選人出席會議自我推薦外，其餘各獎項候選人及評選委員均不得於會議進行中有為特定候選人競選推薦之情事。
Except for the one-minute self-introduction by the candidates of the Excellence Award, members of the selection committee should not make recommending remarks on particular candidates during the session.  
三、評選會議決議事項，評選委員應予保密，不得轉述議論。
What happened in the selection meeting should be kept in strict confidence.
