Have you ever wondered why you want to enroll in an English-taught program and does that affect how you interact with each other?

你想知道除了自己以外，其他同學們為什麼選擇就讀全英語的學程嗎？而加入全英語的學程的動機會影響你們之間的相處嗎？

Have you ever wondered when you were in a group or team how each persons' diversity affected the performance of your team?

你想知道在一個團隊中，組員們的多樣性及不同的程度會影響到團隊的合作嗎？

We are doing researches to know the answer of the above questions!

我們正在努力研究找出這些問題的答案！

We are graduate students, Chloe Tsai & Peter Lin, from the Graduate Institute of International Human Resource Department (National Taiwan Normal University.) We are doing our thesis research on “knowing the motivation on why students choose to enroll in an English-taught program and its effects” and “Team Diversity Among Students.” Thus, we would like to invite and ask for your help to be our participants on these two researches we are doing. If you are willing to help us to fill out the questionnaires, your kindness will be much appreciated. 

我們是就讀於台灣師範大學國際人力資源發展研究所的蔡宜伶及林秉興，我們在正做畢業論文的研究，我們分別研究「學生選擇就讀全英語學程的動機及其影響」及「學生的團隊多樣性」，因此我們想敬邀你參與我們的研究幫助我們一起尋找答案！如果你願意幫助我們填答問卷，不勝感激！
